GILLIAN McKEITH
Nutritionist Gillian McKeith has worked in the field for over 20 years. Since discovering how to improve her health through diet and nutrition, Gillian hasn't looked back; she earned her Doctorate of Philosophy in Holistic Nutrition and began promoting nutrition in the media. Gillian's quirky brand of nagging and her wildly entertaining stunts made her show a real success in the UK and in Canada. But at the core, Gillian's prescription is a simple regimen of good nutrition and exercise habits that anyone can make a part of their life.
Before her latest series, Gillian was known for the original series, You Are What You Eat. Gillian publishes a weekly column in Reveal magazine, and is author of the books Living Food for Health and the bestselling You Are What You Eat, based on the internationally popular TV series. In this series, Gillian polices her patients' noshing 24-7 and prods them to produce the 'perfect poo', all while offering her helpful diet and nutrition tips.
