First, pick a fabric to your liking that will match the décor of your washroom. Cut the fabric to two times the size of your pedestal sink.

Next, pleat the fabric every couple of inches and sew. Attach Velcro to both the fabric and the sides of the sink.

You have now created an instant and attractive storage area under your sink.
