Create inexpensive and elegant artwork for your family room.

First, buy a picture frame and use the glass as a template to cut the wallpaper of your choice to size. When cutting, allow an extra one to two inches on all sides so that you can wrap the wallpaper around the cardboard backing that comes with the frame. Secure it with masking tape.

Next, measure where to attach the eyehooks on either side of the picture frame; five inches from the top of the frame is generally a good distance. Screw in the eyehooks.

Carefully lay your piece of art into the frame. Buy a decorative chain and attach it to the eyehooks. Finish it all off by hanging the picture from a stylish doorknob.

You now have a unique and economical piece of artwork.
