EPISODE 53 - Pleasure Palace Gets the Royal Treatment

Convert It - from Table to Ottoman

How to make an ottoman out of your old furniture.

Start with a cocktail table and cut about 5 inches off the legs. You will need to purchase a 4 inch piece of foam, some batting, and a piece of fabric of your choice. Cut the foam to fit the table.

Next, spray an adhesive onto the surface of the table and secure the foam to it. Now, use more adhesive to secure the batting to the foam and cut off any over hanging pieces from the edges. Staple the batting to the underside of the table.

You are now ready for the fabric. Pull the precut fabric so that it is very tight. Do a fold along the edges and then staple the fabric to the underside of the table.

You have now transformed your tired table into a stylish ottoman.
