Outside - Hanging Baskets

Making hanging baskets are an easy way to freshen up the front of your house.

Directions:

1. Buy a basket with holes in it so you can create interesting flower designs that you don't have to water every day.

2. Mix some soil with water until it is quite moist. Then, put the soil in the basket and pack it down.

3. Thread the plants of your choice through the holes so they spill over the basket.

4. Add another layer of soil. Make sure to pack in as much soil as you can so that as the roots grow they are well protected.

5. Keep threading the plants through the holes until they have all been filled.

6. Top it all off with a few more flowers that cascade out of the top of the basket.

You now have vibrantly layered flowers that will improve your curb appeal and make your house look fresh and beautiful.
