Storage - Build Your Own Foyer Bench

An inexpensive way to make a decorative bench that can also be used as a storage compartment.

1. Use Medium Density Fiber Board

2. Measure the space and cut wood to size.

3. Nail all 5 pieces together to create a box

4. For air circulation, add 4 small legs to the bottom

5. An additional thin piece buffers the back of the bench when opening the box

6. Finally, a piano hinge, screws, a sixth piece of MDF to the top of the box and a decorative cushion complete the bench.
