Episode 20: Saving Private Pavlinek

God Bless Teresa Pavlinek! I've had friends come on the show and help me with different things. Some of the things friends have helped me with have been easy and fun, and some of the things I've cajoled friends into have been super heavy and take forever. And then, there are some of my friends who have unknowingly come to help me build the seventh ring of hell.

Teresa's episode fell into the latter category.

You see, on paper, this episode looked so easy. Build a workshop. See? What's so hard about that right? Put in some shelves, maybe sweep the floor, hang up some peg board. The end.

So when Teresa and I were told that we'd have to 'suite up' - it was a shock to both of us….well, okay….mostly to her - but still! There we were, in the middle of summer, wearing blue insulation suites and masks, all the while trying to pretend that the sweat dripping down our backs was 'kooky' and 'fun'.

??!!!!

In defense of the job, it's not that bad. Insulating a garage isn't as hard as doing a house. A word of caution though - don't do it when it's 28 degrees outside!
