Episode 1: Moving In
Episode Outline:
Sometimes you just fall in love with a place and decide to overlook some of the problems.
Reality Check:
The crew arrived and everyone's pumped about being a part of this hybrid show. Part reality, part sit-com, part design, interior decorating, and how-to show. Tim (the Producer/Director) and I decide that the best way to describe the show is that we're the "Roseanne" of the decorating/design shows. Affordable, do-able, and not afraid to be a little saucy.
By day two of shooting, we're running on four hours of sleep between us, have three parking tickets, someone has run over the neighbours' flowerbed, and we're a day behind. All we'd need now to make this surreal experience complete would be to have a tap dancing Yeti show up in the back yard .
