DIn order to save both the condo and their friendship, Christine and Meredydd needed a plan.
Alison's recommendations:
- DETOX from their addiction to dining out. Restaurants and take out was chewing up more than half their net income each month!
- Cut down excessive cash withdrawals and to track every single penny spent.
- Open a joint account for all shared and common expenses in order to even out the responsibility of paying bills.
- Choose to sell or refinance their condo in order to reduce their consumer debt – their monthly payment was too high for their incomes.
