  • Donna has to stop shopping! She MUST modify her spending habits. Ayse asks her to decrease the amount of money she spends on clothes and other impulse items on a monthly basis. She must stick to a strict budget.

  • Donna?s addiction to shopping is a serious one. Ayse recommends she see an Addictions Counsellor who will help her find a shopaholic support group.

  • Donna needs to set up an RRSP, and Ayse suggests doing so through her employer.
