Storage - Decorative Storage Unit

A decorative storage unit is a handy way to hide collectibles and clutter. Building your own is simple and fun!

Directions:

1. Cut out pieces of wood that have been pre-measured according to the size of the box you desire.

2. Nail these pieces together with a nail gun.

3. Cut out a piece of wood for the lid, then decorate the outside of the box. A pine tongue-in-groove façade is one way to decorate.

4. Paint or stain the unit.

5. Add a colorful pillow on top to create a nice bench to sit on.
