EPISODE 18 - Sterile to Sexy!

Artwork - How to Suspend

Suspended artwork is a simple way to hide an unattractive outdoor view.

The best way to detract from a bad view of the outside is to create a different focal point. Nice artwork will do the trick. Hang the artwork from your ceiling, in front of the windows. You can use wire and eye screws or hooks to do this.

The suspended accessory will distract potential buyers from looking outside and also add a great touch to your home.

The brace should be a piece of wood, screwed into studs in the wall that fits the exact length of the upholstered valence.

The valence then squeezes onto the brace and the tension holds it up. You can also add a few screws on each side of the valence, screwed into the brace or the ceiling, to fasten it more securely.
