Faux-Antiqued Wooden Furniture

New unfinished wood furniture can be antiqued with minimal effort.

You will need:

• a piece of unfinished wood furniture
• length of chain
• a hammer
• wood stain

Directions:

Distress the wood to the degree of your choosing by hitting it with the chain and hammer. Once complete, stain the wood to accent the imperfections. Using a stain with polyurethane in it makes finishing a one step process.
