EPISODE 5 - In A Deep Dark Cave

Storage - Build Your Own Ottoman / Coffee Table

With particle board, batting and faux suede, build an ottoman that will double as both a fashionable coffee table and a great place to stash toys just before an Open House.

You will need:

  • particle board cut to form a box with a lid.
  • faux suede
  • batting

1. Upholster the lid with a couple of inches of the batting and the faux suede.

2. Upholster the sides of the box with a thin layer of the batting and the fabric.

3. Use upholstery tacks to finish off the sides of the box for a polished look.
