Giles Coren

With a global reputation as the world's fiercest restaurant critic, Giles Coren arrives for dinner hungry and with strong opinion. This Brit’s sharp wit and relentless candour make him a home cook's most vocal champion or greatest foe, and he invariably kicks up controversy wherever he goes.

Giles has been a columnist and restaurant critic in London for The Times for two decades and has contributed to numerous publications including Esquire, The Independent on Sunday, GQ, and Tatler. He is the author of three books - the novel Winkler (2005) and the non-fiction books Anger Management (For Beginners) (2010) and How to Eat Out (2012). He was named "Food and Drink Writer of the Year" at the 2005 British Press Awards. He also stars in the brand new W Network documentary series, Million Dollar Critic, where he traverses restaurants across the continent searching for the most authentic dining experiences, granting one lucky establishment with a rave international review.

Anne-Marie Withenshaw

An award winning television host and producer, Anne-Marie Withenshaw got her start as a VJ on Musique Plus when she was only 20 years old and still attending Concordia University. After she graduated, she spent years jet setting around the globe for both Musique Plus and Quebec's longest running entertainment show, Flash, on TQS, covering prestigious events like the Grammy's, the Oscars and the Cannes International Film Festival. She’s interviewed hundreds of pop stars, newsmakers and personalities, from Britney Spears to U2 to the Prime Minister of Canada. She’s also a veteran of radio with more than a decade spent in Top 40 and talk radio. She currently hosts the weekly entertainment show All Access Weekend on 92.5 The Beat in Montreal.

No stranger to food television, Anne-Marie has eaten her way through Quebec on 6 seasons of Guide Restos Voir, and was nominated for a Gemini for her work co-producing the international hit series Chuck's Day Off with Chef Chuck Hughes. They will be collaborating once again, this time as co-hosts on the French version of Esquire's Knife Fight, À Couteaux Tirés.

A lover of all things food, it pains her not to be able to grab a fork and try some of the delicious home cooked masterpieces as they are served right under her nose to Pressure Cooker Tasting Judge, Giles Coren.
