About The Bachelorette Canada

Romance, rivalry and, quite possibly, true love! Canada’s most eligible bachelorette, Jasmine Lorimer is in search of the man of her dreams and hopefully her groom-to-be, in this hit reality series..

Our bachelorette is ready to find love and will embark on a romantic journey as she meets 20 handsome bachelors, all vying to win her heart.

The guys compete for the Bachelorette’s affection via individual and group dates involving local and far-flung romantic encounters and adventures. As the Bachelorette narrows the field and the number of men dwindles, romance and tensions will rise. At the end of her romantic voyage, if she has found Mr. Right, will there be a proposal — and from whom?

Jennifer Valentyne - After Show Host

Jennifer Valentyne is the Host of The Bachelorette Canada's first ever live After Show premiering September 13th on W Network. In addition to being the highly recognized, warm and smiling face of Breakfast Television's 'Live Eye' segment for 23 years, her versatility allowed her to easily transition to co-host the show in studio. Each day, viewers woke up to her lively and informative segments from around the city and sometimes the world, which she helped create and produce.

A longtime Bachelorette franchise fan, Jennifer is the ideal host for the After Show. Her ability to touch the hearts of people from all walks of life is what makes her endearing and her down to earth demeanor makes everyone feel like they know her as their friend.

Jennifer is deeply fulfilled by giving back to the community with volunteer initiatives and is actively involved with Camp Oochigeas, The Children's Breakfast Club, Dreams Take Flight, Habitat for Humanity and World Vision.

For Jennifer, family comes first. She is married to her former camera operator Greg, now founder of Heroes Beer. She has two beautiful teenage children, Jackson and Georgia who are the light of her life.

Host - Noah Cappe

Noah Cappe has already captured the hearts of W Network viewers through his reoccurring role in the hit series The Good Witch, but more than that, he is a die-hard fan of The Bachelorette format. Approachable and warm with a winning smile, he’s the perfect host and confidant for the bachelorette.

Hailing from Toronto, Ontario Noah began his professional career at the age of 13 in theatre before moving into the world of film, television, and voice.   A student of York University’s prestigious theatre program and world famous “The Second City”, Noah has studied with some of the country’s most formidable teachers.  There was an immediate demand for Noah's talent in the entertainment industry, and he made his film debut in Ursa Major (1997) with Scott Speedman while still in school.

In addition to his role on Good Witch, Noah is the host of Canada Screen Award nominated series Carnival Eats which airs in Canada on Food Network, and on the Cooking Channel in the United States, now in its 3rd season. In addition, he co-hosts Food Network Canada’s multi-platform series The Great Canadian Cookbook alongside celebrity chef Lynn Crawford.

To date, he has starred in over 100 television commercials and radio ads and was the official voice of Molson Canadian across Canada.

The Bachelorette - Jasmine Lorimer

Canada’s first-ever Bachelorette, Jasmine Lorimer, is ready to put her heart on the line to find true love on the debut season of The Bachelorette Canada, coming to W Network this fall.

A small-town girl at heart, the 27-year-old  grew up on a hobby farm in the picturesque town of Kenora, Ontario. Living in this tight-knit community gave her a genuine appreciation for people and a desire to form meaningful connections with others. This is also where she fostered her love of the outdoors and her favourite pastimes which include camping, paddle boarding, skiing, and figure skating.

Currently residing in Pemberton, BC, Jasmine’s glamorous side has led her to pursue her passion in the beauty industry as a hair stylist. For fun, she also dabbles in modelling part-time.

Refreshingly open, honest and not afraid to laugh at herself, Canadians nationwide will fall in love with Jasmine as she risks it all to find the one.
