Ingredients

1 kilogram bar Belgium milk chocolate

1 package cream cheese

graham cracker crumbs

berry jam (your choice)

Directions

In a double boiler, melt cream cheese.

Microwave block of chocolate, 40 seconds at a time until smooth. Slowly add to melted cream cheese.

If you add too fast, the mixture will seize and you will have to increase heat or add oil.

When chocolate and cream cheese are fully incorporated, let the mixture cool.

Once cooled, you can roll it into truffled-sized balls (ping-pong ball size).

Stick your thumb in the middle, add a spoon of jam and close the truffle.

Place finished truffles in the fridge to firm truffles, if they have become too soft to work with.

Roll in graham cracker crumbs, sprinkle with sea salt and set in the fridge until ready to serve.
