4 eggs
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup flour
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup coconut
2 teaspoons vanilla
Blend all ingredients in a blender for a few seconds, until well mixed.
Pour mixture into a 10” greased pie plate.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until centre tests firm.
Flour will settle to form crust, while the coconut forms the topping, and the centre is an egg custard filling.
