Ingredients

5 chicken breasts, skin on and bone in

1/4 cup oil

7 limes, juiced

3 green onions, chopped

2 tablespoons rosemary

1 tablespoons oregano

2 bay leaves,crushed

1 tablespoons chili powder

1 teaspoon Latin chili powder

Dash peppercorns

For sauce: 4 cloves garlic, chopped

1 tablespoons oregano

1 tablespoons rosemary

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon Latin chili power

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoons Thyme

2 bay leaves, torn up

1 cup white vinegar

Dash each salt and pepper

1 cup warm water

1 tablespoons olive oil

3 sweet potatoes

3 cloves garlic, mined

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 teaspoon rosemary

Dash salt

Directions

Mix ingredients for sauce. Pour into a jar and let sit 2 hours to overnight.

Meanwhile, place all ingredients for chicken in a large bag. Massage and leave to marinate 2 hours to overnight.

Baste chicken with sauce and cook over charcoal BBQ until juices run clear.

Peel and cut up 3 sweet potatoes into sticks (like fries). Brush with oil.

BBQ on the grill. When they are cooked, toss them vinaigrette of your choice.

Serve with grilled peppers, zucchini and red onion.
