Trying to track Sophie Tweed-Simmons down is a relatively hard task. A gal on the go, she's constantly caught between Instagramming her amazing wardrobe, running her charity -- Sophie's Place -- and filming her new movie Urban Myths.

Lucky for us, we were able to snag a bit of her time at a press day for her new W Network show Shannon & Sophie to ask her a few questions about the things she loves most in life. Save for her dad and bro, here's what makes this Canadian-loving lady tick.

What can't you leave home without? My purse. It has everything in it.

What's the most important thing in your purse: My wallet. My passport.

Pet peeve: Being too hot or people who are timid.

What's your favourite clothing item right now? Long sundresses.

What's your favourite thing about Canada? The clean air and the people.

Do you have a favourite Canadian food? Poutine. It's so good.

If you had to eat only one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? Broccoli.

What's the best piece of advice you've ever received? To not worry what people think of you and that you can do anything.

Was there anything you wanted to do? Be a cheerleader.

Favourite movie? The Count of Monte Cristo.

Haircut you most regret? Cutting my bangs from the middle of my face past my ear, accidentally.

What's your idea of a perfect Saturday? A hike, hanging out and doing what you have to do then seeing a movie.

Celebrity crushes? Guy Pierce. The new Superman was also super attractive, Henry Cavill.

I can't start my day without… A cup of coffee.
