After 14-hour days at work, we’ll admit that it does take some will power to get to the gym. But a workout is just that – work! So put it in your schedule as something that is just as important as submitting that proposal at the office or taking your car in for service.

All it takes is 20-30 minutes of moderate physical activity a few days a week. If your excuse is that you have no time, then get creative: Do your squats and abs workout while you watch Property Brothers and there you have it - 60 minutes of exercise and quality Drew and Jonathan time all bundled into one episode :) When it comes to keeping active, Shakira sang it best: 'Whenever, Wherever'!
Drew: I always have my workout gear in my car trunk ready to go. So as soon as I wrap on set, I can head straight to the gym, no excuses.
Jonathan: My work is a lot more physically demanding than Drew’s. But I still make an effort to break a sweat outside of the construction site. The important thing for me is to stretch regularly to stay limber andensure that I keep my core and back are strengthened to avoid any injuries.

What’s our favorite way to get in shape? We love trying new things and finding ways to throw fun into any situation so exercise is no exception. Grab some friends and tackle one of these activities for your next night out:
-       Trampoline dodgeball (above)
-       Flying trapeze lessons
-       Partner acrobatics
-       Indoor skydiving
