Every family has their traditions – here is a list of ours. The holidays just wouldn’t be the same without them! It has been a very busy year and us brothers look forward to spending some quality time with Mom and Dad. We hope you enjoy these photos from the Scott family photo album!

Happy holidays!

 1. Building Houses...

...Out of gingerbread and sugary fixtures! The whole family pitches in on a fun little gingerbread house.

Jonathan: Of course, like on a real construction site, you might find Drew busy eating the gingerbread house rather than building it.

2. Donning Ugly Christmas Sweaters

Jonathan: Why? Because it’s just too much fun!

Drew: It’s the fastest way to get yourself and everybody else around you in the holiday spirit.

3. Dressing Up As Santa

Drew: I think this was the only year we were both allowed to dress up as Santa together!

Jonathan: As we got older, we always took turns.

4. Volunteering at a Local Soup Kitchen

Drew: It has been a family tradition to volunteer at a local soup kitchen or give back to those in need especially during the holidays.

Jonathan: I will always remember one year when we brought over Christmas dinner and gifts to a single mother and her children. Even though we were young, it was one of the best holiday memories I have. Seeing the kids’ faces light up and the gratefulness of the mother will always remind me that a little kindness goes a long way.

5. Classic Movie Time

We all enjoy a classic holiday film. Every Christmas Eve, we watch It’s a Wonderful Life. Then, on Christmas Day, we watch the original A Christmas Carol.
