CONTESTS ALLOWING 'ONE ENTRY PER DAY'

According to the rules of some of our contests, there may be a limit of One (1) entry per person, per e-mail address, per day. Be advised that for the purposes of our contests, one day is defined as 24 hours. You'll want to ensure that you only enter a contest once per 24 hour cycle or your entries won't be valid.

Please note, for most contests, it is One (1) entry per email address per day from midnight Eastern Time to midnight Eastern Time. So if you live in the Eastern timezone, you may enter at 11:59pm for today and then at 12:01am for tomorrow, because the entry you put in after midnight counts towards tomorrow. So this means that if you’re out in BC, you could enter at 8:59pm and at 9:01 Pacific Time to enter for today and tomorrow. But if you enter at 11:59pm and 12:01am Pacific Time, you would get a 'You’ve Already Entered' message.

If you enter for yourself and for your spouse, you will need to enter a different e-mail address than your own for your spouse's entry, because the contest only allows one (1) entry per e-mail address, per day, even if you share your e-mail account with someone else.

ENTERING UPC CODES

A UPC code may be required to enter a contest or to obtain bonus entries. Please ensure that there are no spaces between digits when typing in the UPC code. Spaces typed between digits in the UPC code will prevent your entry from being accepted by our system. For additional information, please refer to the WHAT IS A UPC CODE? section on the contest entry page.

POSTAL CODE WON'T WORK

When you're entering your postal code, please ensure that you aren't substituting the number '0' (zero) with the letter 'o' or 'O'. Since a letter would be appearing where a number should be, this would cause our system to reject the code as invalid. This would also happen with the number '1' (one) and the letter 'l'.

If these tips do not resolve your issue, we'll need to know the a little bit more about the system you are using. Please e-mail us at membership@wnetwork.com and include the following details in your message so we can investigate and provide assistance:

  1. Your operating system (PC or Mac)
  2. Your browser (Windows Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and version number
  3. The error message you're receiving (if any) and describe what happens when you try to enter
  4. Your postal code

WHO WON?

After we draw the winners of a contest, they are notified either by telephone or mail, depending on the contest. The method used to contact winners is always stated in the RULES section of W contests. Once the winners are notified, the appropriate release forms must be signed and returned before any names can be released. We do post the contest winners' names on our site, but due to the administrative process, it can take some time. If you win, however, you'll know about it before your name is posted on our website.

Please refer to the PAST WINNERS page of our website to check out who won past contests.
