Episode 10 - Janice & Rob

Tired of their tiny townhouse in the city, and with a wish list that far exceeds their budget, newlyweds Rob and Janice are hoping to find a sprawling move-in ready dream home complete with a gourmet kitchen and a huge backyard.

Enter Property Brothers Drew Scott and Jonathan Scott. They promise to deliver a made-to-measure property that’s guaranteed to impress, but first they have to convince the skeptical couple that a tired-looking space can be transformed into an entertainer’s dream. When they finally find a house with great potential, Jonathan has his work cut out for him, especially when a long list of surprises takes a bite out of the already tight budget. And, with delays, design changes, and the couple living in the midst of the construction zone, Janice and Rob are feeling the stress.
