It’s the third night of a five day dinner party competition where five strangers battle it out to win a $1000 prize. Class clown Marco Campisano is in the hot seat and he hopes to take top spot with an Italian meal.

Marco vows to be on his best behaviour tonight as he greets his guests with a blue drink called “blue grottos”. For the appetizer Marco surprises his guests with tableside service of Caesar salad. And in true Italian style Marco serves up a main course of chicken cacciatore made with home jarred tomatoes. For dessert Marco has a flop with his chocolate soufflé.

Can the guests forgive Marco for a simple but great meal and flat soufflé?
