  1. Mix, Chill & Serve

Homemade Arbroath Smokie Pate
  • Cream Cheese
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Arbroath Smokie
  • 1 Pack of mini bannocks

Bone Smokie
  • Flake into Cream Cheese and add Lemon
  • Blend (using hand blender until smooth)
  • Serve on bannocks

Crab with Lemon Parsley on Toasted Brioche and Chilli
  • 1 Dressed Crab
  • 1 small Red Chilli
  • Homegrown Flat Leaf Parsley
  • Juice and zest of 1 Lemon
  • 6 slices of Brioche
  1. Preheat Oven to Gas Mark 2
  2. Cut bread into Circles (using small round biscuit cutter)
  3. Place bread on baking tray brush with Olive oil, bake until golden brown
  4. Mix Crab, Chilli, Parsley, Lemon Juice and Zest and top brioche

Smoked Salmon with Homegrown Dill on Pumpernickel Bread

  • 10 Slices of Pumpernickel Bread
  • 1 Teaspoons Wholegrain Mustard
  • Splash of Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 5 ½ oz Smoked Salmon
  • 3 Teaspoons chopped Homegrown Dill
  1. Mix Mustard, Olive oil, Lemon juice, Salt, Pepper & Dill
  2. Top Pumpernickel with Smoked Salmon and drizzle with dressing
