A Miniature Montreal Breakfast with all the Trimmings
Ingredients:

  • -10 quail eggs
  • -mini potatoes
  • -Strip Bacon
  • -pancake mix
  • -bread for toast
  • Preparation:
  1. -First cook the bacon in a frying pan on medium and cut it after cooked to size to match the quail eggs keep the bacon aside or in oven at 100C.
  2. -Pre cook the mini potatoes sliced and keep them aside-salt and pepper to taste , pre cook the mini pancakes (according to the package) and keep them aside.
  3. -Slice bread in half like a fish fillet and toast, cut the corners to match the scale of the eggs once again.
  4. Garnish with a kumquat and cherry tomato, or a clementine slice or two.
  5. Cook every thing first and keep heated, cook eggs right before serving and display as normal breakfast on a tea cup plate.
