Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Compliments Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1, 1 Lb Turkey Breast, Sliced
- 1 Cup Compliments Chicken Broth, with 30% less sodium
- 1/2 Cup White Wine
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, Sliced
- 4 Cups Spinach, Chopped
- 1 Cup Button Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1/2 Cup Compliments Fresh Sun Dried Tomatoes, Chopped
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Dried Basil Or 1 Tsp Chopped Fresh
- 1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme Or 1 Tsp Chopped Fresh
Directions:
- Heat the oil in the pan. Stir-fry the turkey in the oil for about 5 minutes.

Add the chicken stock, white wine, soy sauce and hoisin sauce. stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients. Stir-fry for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until the spinach has been reduced. Serve immediately.
Variation:
Replace the turkey with chicken, shrimp or scallops. If using seafood, remember to reduce the cooking time by about half.
Low-Fat Option:
Use low-fat chicken stock.
