Vegetarian Option: Vegetable Stir Fry on Rice
AAA Canadian Sirloin
Season the sirloin in garlic and place it on the BBQ.
Sirloin with Montreal Steak Rub
Apply Homemade Montreal Steak Rub to the sirloin and put the meat directly onto the BBQ.
Homemade Montreal Steak Rub:
Blend together
- 2 tablespoons or paprika
- 2 table spoons of black pepper
- 2 table spoons of kosher salt
- 1 table spoon of granulated garlic
- 1 table spoon of granulated onion
- 1 table spoon or crushed coriander
- 1 table spoon of dill
- 1 table spoon of crushed red pepper flakes
- Half a can of tomato paste
And then mix the steak rub in a bowl and apply it directly to the meat.
New Zealand Lamb Chops
Season the lamb chops in garlic and rosemary and the place them on the BBQ
Organic Ontario Grass Fed Beef
Coat the grass fed beef with roasted garlic and shallots and then spread and place them on the BBQ.
Churrasco Style Slow Cooked BBQ Chicken
Cut a whole chicken into sections and baste the pieces in store bought Churrasco sauce, and then place the chicken on the BBQ to be cooked.
Stevie C’s Bashed Potatoes
Take 20-30 assorted russet potatoes (red & yellow) and boil them. In the same pot, season potatoes with salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil. Then shake the pot aggressively bashing the potatoes inside. After bashing, Stephen places the potatoes in a roasting pot and roasts until golden brown.
Vegetable Stir Fry on Rice
Cook 2 cups of rice in a rice cooker.
Sauté onions, garlic, broccoli, heirloom carrots, bok choy, water chess nuts, shiatsu mushrooms, red and green peppers and simmer in home made Korean BBQ sauce. After the vegetables are sautéed, lay them over a bed of rice and serve.
Korean BBQ sauce
- 1green onion -- finely chopped
- ½ cup soy sauce -- regular strength
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tsp sesame seeds -- ground
- 1 clove minced garlic -- or crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger root -- minced
- 1/8 teaspoon HYS seasoning salt
- Mix all the ingredients together to create the sauce.
